Are there really plans to ruin Honolua Bay (Lipoa Point) with Houses, golf courses and other developments?


In response to the concerns of the community, Maui Land and Pine has withdrawn all conceptual plans from the General Plan Advisory Committee to develop anything. We the community have a chance to express and put forth out own ideas as to how Honolua Bay (Lipoa Point) will remain.

 

 

Why does the The Honlolua Advisory Council care what happens.. Are you making money off these plans?

No we are not making any money from this.
This is all because we care what happens to Maui.
The Honlolua Advisory Council is made up of regular everyday community members that got together to make a positive energetic shift. We are not on any payroll to influence development of Honolua Bay (Lipoa Point). We just want to see the right thing happen. Why am seeing other web sites and seeing petitions around town that claim Honolua Bay is in Danger?


At one point there were conceptual plans for some development however 100% of all conceptual plans were withdrawn from the General Plan Advisory Committee.
We would imagine that sometimes it takes a while for the truth to get out to everyone after a shift in concepts. We now have a unique opportunity as a community to aid in what is to become of Honolua Bay (Lipoa Point).
